privacy rights. This Privacy notice applies to personal information that we collect through our website and any other
personal information that we collect when we offer our marketing services.

OUR LAWFUL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Under the UK General Data protection regulation (UK GDPR), we must have a lawful basis for processing your
personal data.
We operate as an outsourced telecoms service provider, managing telephony marketing campaigns on behalf of
other firms. We are primarily a data processor, receiving and processing data for marketing purposes from controllers
seeking campaign management. We generally undertake this activity under the lawful basis of contract. This means we have a contractual arrangement with the data controller to process
personal data on their behalf.
We ensure that the data controller has collected the data under the lawful basis of consent or otherwise has a
legitimate interest to use the data for marketing purposes.
We operate a business-to-business (b2b) service, offering outsourced call centre facilities. Where we market our own
b2b services, we rely on our legitimate interests to do so.
We may undertake our own separate marketing campaigns using data we have collected directly from individuals. In
these circumstances, we will be a data controller and will process personal data under the lawful basis of consent or
legitimate interest depending on the type of marketing and the services being offered.
On occasion, personal data we hold may be provided to the information Commissioners Office to fulfil our regulatory
obligation or for wider legal or regulatory compliance purposes. In such circumstances, we would be processing
personal data to meet a legal or other regulatory obligation with which we must comply.
DATA SHARING
We do not sell or share personal data with third parLes. We receive data from Third Party data controllers so that we
may contact you on their behalf. Outside of this, we will, from time to time collect personal data directly from retail
consumers to offer products and services that they have confirmed an interest in or have previously engaged with.
Where we collect this data, we may share it with third party service providers with the consumer’s consent.
PERSONAL DATA SECURITY & RETENTION
Data privacy is important to us, and we will keep Personal Data secure in accordance with our legal responsibilities.
We will take all reasonable steps to safeguard Personal Data against it being accessed unlawfully or maliciously.
We also expect individuals and the firms we work with to take reasonable steps to safeguard privacy when
transferring information to us, such as not sending confidential information over unprotected email, ensuring email
attachments are password protected or encrypted.
Personal Data will be retained by us electronically for a minimum of six years, unless we are asked to delete it; or in
instances whereby we have a legal right to such information we will retain records indefinitely. deleting data may not
always be possible but once it is no longer in use, we will anonymise it. Where individuals ask us to stop marketing
to them, we may need to keep some data to ensure we don’t make further contact. This will include adding phone
numbers and/or email addresses to our ‘Do Not Contact’ file.
